India has a parliamentary form of government.
2) INDIA have a single judicial hierarchy for the whole country .
in USA there is a double judicial setup. they have separate Federal laws and a federal judicial system distinctly for the federal constitution .the federating units or the states of USA have their own judicial system
3) in USA the provision of the Judicial review of the laws passed by the legislature and of the executive actions of the president are automatic and without asking.
in INDIA it is only on a request of a Citizen or a group of citizens that the supreme court and high court take up such laws or action for review
