The main reason for increase in poverty in India is disguised unemployment it means more no of people are working than required it causes less wages to them and they can’t develop economically and population growth also a reason because increase in population means there is more need in food and  other facilities mostly poor people choose disguised in employment because if all members in there family work then they can improve them selves economically
