14.006 gm or 14 gm (approximately) 1*14=14 Here 1is number of moles

 No. of moles = Mass in gm
                        Molecular mass
 
So, mass(in gm) = No. of moles * Molecular mass
                         
                         = 1 * 14
 
                         = 14 gm
