Hi Friend !!!

=======================

The maximum length of rod is its diagonal

 = \sqrt{10 \times 5 \times 3 } \\ \\ = \sqrt{50} \\ \\ = 5 \sqrt{2}

= 5√2m

Concept used:

Maximum Length of the rod = Diagonal of room

Formula used:

Diagonal of room = √(10+ b² + h²)

Calculation:

Diagonal of room = √(12+ b² + h²)

Diagonal of room = √(100 + 25+9)

Diagonal of room = √(100 + 25+9)

=> Diagonal of room = √134m

The maximum length of the rod is √139m

  •  \alpha  =  \cos ^{ - 1}  (  \frac{10}{ \sqrt{134} }  )
  •  \beta  =  \cos {}^{ - 1} (\frac{5}{ \sqrt{134} } )
