Explanation:
If n is 4 then it can have four subshells That is 4s , 4p, 4d and 4f.
Now the middle orbital in each subshells except 4s ( 4p 4d 4f) will have m=+1.
So there will be total Three orbital with m= +1.
Now these three orbital can accommodate 6 electrons (2 electrons each orbital).
