Ok first of all spin is not clockwise or anti-clockwise. Spin is a state.

In,

K shell: 1s=1

M shell: 3s3p3d=8

3d shell:5

4f shell:7

All these are halves of all of their magnetic spin as only on state of spin is asked and not both.
