What is the maximum number of hydrogen bonds in a length of DNA containing 700 NUCLEOTIDES.

Since, max. no. of H - bonds in 2 nucleotide is 3

Therefore, maximum

= 700 × 3/2

= 2100/2 bonds

= 1050 bonds
