what is the maximum resistance which can be made by using five resistance s each of 1/5 ohm

We have 5 resistors of resistance 1/5 ohm

So, According to the formula :-

1/R = 1/5 + 1/5 + 1/5 +1/5 + 1/5

1/R = 5/5

1/R = 1/1

R = 1 ohm
