mean =  \frac{sum \: of \: observation}{no.of \: observation}   \\  mean =  \frac{60 + 90 + 85 + 80 + 95 + 75 + 70 + 100}{8}  \\ mean =  \frac{655}{8} = 81.875(ans)

HENCE

mean \:  =  \frac{60 + 90 + 85 + 80 + 95 + 90 + 75 + 70 + 100}{9}

mean \:  =  \frac{745}{9}

HENCE MEAN = 82.77
