What is the mean of " And yet hath no tongue, but thought " in clear language Don't cheat it from net!!!!

Portia says And yet a maiden hath no tongue but thought. She means that she can understand she can't reveal the secret of the caskets to win bassanio, the fictional character but she also understands that he is a worldly man and scholarly one who enjoys pleasure.
