The age of adolescence is a time period in every persons life when he/she is maturing the state is like not a child but also not an adult but between these both.In boys it starts from 14 years of age and lasts till 19 years of age. In girls it may start from 13-14 years of age and end at 19 years of age. Many changes happen in the body of an adolescent. In boys the changes are growth of facial hair( beard,mustache), deepening of voice, growth in height and growth in width of chest, reproductive organs develop like testes start production of sperms, growth of penis. In girls changes happen like shrill voice ( voice goes to a very high pitch), growth of mammary glands and production of milk, hips become thicker, reproductive organs develop like ovaries start to produce eggs/ova every month an ovary produces an egg and passes it to uterus for fertilization if fertilization happens then it forms a zygote if fertilization doesn’t happen it comes out with blood that time period is known as periods.
