Bullying is unwanted, aggressive behavior among school aged children that involves a real or perceived power imbalance. The behavior is repeated, or has the potential to be repeated, over time. Both kids who bully and are bullied have serious and lasting problems.

Bullying is a problem that every teen faces nowadays. Bullying simply means, hurting someone mentally or physically again and again. Hundreds of teens are worried about being bullying. This is not a small problem though. Appearance is the main reason for bullying. Bullies pick out their targets on the basis of their attire, religion, color or appearance.  Bullying can be sexual assault too. Mostly, rich kids are the one who targets another class teen.

cyber bullying is also the same; where bullies send cruel messages or insult someone on social media.

How to deal with it?

1. Simply, take help from adults or teachers. Kids must have to inform their parents about bullying.

2. Don't get physical and don't show up your aggression. Just be calm and inform or take help of someone.

3. Don't be shy, just talk to them and tell them not to bully you. You have to be confident and bold.

How to deal with cyberbullying?

1. Report the user

2. Don't reply to them back

3. You can report that user in higher authorities
