Respiration is the process by which food is oxidised to release energy at cellular levels.As a catabolic process it causes biochemical oxidation of nutrients such as glucose.

BREATHING- It is the process of taking( inhaling) the required gas and giving out ( exhailing) waste or unrequired gases.e.g- an aerobic organism such as human beings takes in oxygen and gives out carbon dioxide..!
