Concurrent list is that list in which subjects of both national and state importance is given.
Concurrent list is under the control of central government as well as state government.
Subjects which comes in concurrent list are marriage ,divorse, education, adoption, trade union, etc.
If state government and central government are contary to each other in any subject, then the final decision would only be taken by central government .
