It is related so that one becomes larger or smaller when the other becomes larger or smaller.
Inversely Proportional----->
It is related so that when one become larger the other becomes smaller and when other become larger one become smaller.

Hey!
Directly proportional means that if any quantity decrease or increase with respect to the other quantity, then the two quantities are said to be directly proportional.
For example => If , 1 book= Rs.10, and if you will buy 2 Books= Rs.20.
Here, if the quantity of books will increase, the price will also increase, they are directly proportional.
If one quantity increases and other decreases simultaneously, then the two quantities are said to be inversely proportional.
For example=> If you will take medicines, your fever will reduce most probably, thus they are inversely proportional [real life example, not valid , or maybe valid though]
