process of getting pure metals by using electricity for Breaking the bonds between in pure metals which can be done as when we put impure metal at anode and at cathode we put a strip of pure metal and electricity is passed through the metal which is kept into the solution of pure metal mainly with S o4 and when electricity is passed the bonds between them breakdown and we get pure metal at the positive terminal
