what is the meaning of 'fine motor skill'? how can we develop in childerns?

Fine motor skills is the Co ordination of small muscle in movements -using involving the synchronization of hands and fingers -with eyes .Fine motor skills are acheived when children learn to use their small muscles like muscle in hands,finger,and wrists. Children use their fine motor skills when writing, holding small items ,turning pages etc.
