Hi friend,

----------------------------------------------------

It means, without the human resource ,natural resouces can not be converted into other useful forms

It is the human skills which convert all of them into useful form

If there will be no resources in any country but it have skills to convert them

You can actually relate this to mathematics.
I hope you know what an equation in the form f(x)=y means. The equation f(x)=y can be read as y is a function of x, which means that the value of y is a function of x. This means that the value of y depends on the value of x which is put in the equation. Y is simply an output to the value of x.
NOW LETS COME TO THE POINT
Your statement means that resources that are available to us are completely dependent on human activities.
You can write it like this(JUST FOR UNDERSTANDING)
f(human activities)=resources
THANK U
HOPE IT HELPS
if u need help comment
