What is the meaning of following sentence:-
"technologically accessible, economically feasible and culturally acceptable justify"

I got this phrase from the definition of "RESOURCE"....!

Resources are technologically accessible ie we can apply our modern techniques and machinery snd make use of it. Economically feasible means that it is witin our means. They are used for producing stuff which is beneficial for the soceity

“Technologically accessible” refers to extracting a resource keeping in mind the available technological advancements and innovations.  

For example- if you were to mine oil, we should have the proper drilling systems, excavators and storage capacity.

“Economically feasible” means the outcome derived from a particular resource should not outweigh its costs. It should be done in such a way that one should have an ample budget to cultivate and excavate it.  

For example- although traces of gold are found in eucalyptus trees, it is not feasible to extract it because of the high costs of procedures involved.

“Culturally acceptable” refers to being sensitive to an area's culture- its norms, values, beliefs, etc should be upheld without causing or intending harm in any way.  

For example- If there is high iron ore content in an area occupied by a tribe's sacred place, it is not culturally acceptable to mine there for iron ore.
