↪Basically the Heat produced in a Resistor is given by the joules law ...

↪Since Electric power = V x I

↪thus the heat energy = I^2 × R × T

↪or simply by conversion we get

↪Heat produced = V × I × T

↪Here, V = potential difference

↪I = current in the conductor and T = Time
