Generally, 'Holocaust' refers to the tragic event in history when the Nazis committed atrocities on the Jews mostly. Other victims were Gypsys, Blacks, Homosexuals, and the Handicapped. They were made to give up their possessions, lose their dignity suffer humiliation and even die in gas chambers.
