It is also often used to signify creativity: to make existing things work, or to create new things with meager resources.
In Hindi the word "Jugadu" is commonly used . Which means, a person who does work in an innovative way, can solve complicated issues, etc. with its mind, networks and other resources. You don't have to be intelligent, hard-working or powerful but tactical. I salute these jugadu, but how do I be one?
