According to the Power of the Judicial Review of the Supreme Court, it can examines the constitutionality of the laws passes by the Legislature and the acts of the Government.
If in view of the Court, any executive order or any law passed by the Legislature violates the Provisions of the Constitution, it can declare it as Unconstitutional and Also Null and Void.
It can also be defined as---
