it might be leaching.
leaching refers to the natural process by which water soluble substances such as fertilizers or pesticides are washed out from the soil or wastes and these leached out chemicals cause pollution of surface or sub surface of water

       natural process by which water soluble substance [such as calcium , fertilisers, pesticides] washed out of washed out from soil or waste.these leached out chemicals[ called leachites] caused pollution of the surface or sub surface.
               or
     it refers to loss of water of water soluble plant nutrients for the soil due to rain
