It means that when current is induced in a conducting coil it acts like a magnet, This is called the magnetic effect of current.

the magnetic lines of force due to straight current carrying conductor are in the form of concentric circles and Centre line in a plane perpendicular to a straight conductor if current flows from x to Y direction of magnetic lines of force is anticlockwise please see the figure given below
the magnetic effect induced by electric current can be adjust but magnetic effect by permanent magnet can't be exist this is briefly explained in the textbook of class 10th CBSE NCERT
