We all know that positive is the main virtue of a man to catch through key of the success.
That's why there is a saying: Be positive nd think positive.
Our teachers and elders always teach us to be positive in every situation and to think positive in every situation.
Positive and negative are like the two sides of a coin.
Positive is the key to happiness and negativity is the key to sadness.
You may be muddle in this that how positive is to happiness and negative is to sadness.

If we will think negative of others. Is it good?
No. Because we all know that-
" Every action has an equal and opposite reaction. "
So If we will think negative of others those people will think negative of us. By which we may fall in difficult situations.
And if we will be in troubles we will never be in happiness. Happiness will close it's door.
Like this if we will say "No " or starts our day with the word "No " the day will very the worst day for us. That day we will face difficulties by saying no. We can say no or avoid a thing only for few days or few months or few years but not throughout the life.
By Saying "no" we will lose our confidence. Our knowledge and talent will be confiscated.
These will be squeezed.
