Sarcastic means ridiculing or taunting a comment. Mainly people use it to say opposite of what's true to make someone feel or look foolish.

Example.

When you get F on a test and your friend says "Nice Job Einstein"

We know that Einstein is smart but getting f is the opposite of being smart so it's said in a funny manner
