A happy or friendly expression on the face in which the ends of the mouth curve up slightly, often with the lips moving apart so that the teeth can be seen but that's also has been named as a grin. Smiling is also a social signal which, usually, communicates to others our positive emotion and intent

Since body language and mood are so linked, it makes sense that laughing on purpose helps us too. Smiling relaxes the facial muscles and calms the nervous system. Laughing sends more oxygen to the brain. That triggers the release of brain chemicals called endorphins.

When our brains feel happy, endorphins are produced and neuronal signals are transmitted to your facial muscles to trigger a smile. This is the start of the positive feedback loop of happiness. In short, when our brain feels happy, we smile; when we smile, our brain feels happier.

Hope it helped. Keep smiling.♡
