taruvar means tree nd sarvar means sea. so what Rahim ji is trying to say is that tree doesnt eat its own fruit and sea doesnt drink its on water. they lay there fruits and water for human benefits without being mean. they dont save it for there own selfish needs just like us human beings save our wealth. we should also try to help those who are poor and in desperate need of money as we have ample of it. we human have been compared to trees and sea. they are emotionless and can not feel anything. but we humans are blessed with such luxuries and in spite of it we dont use it.
Rahim parkaj hit means for the benefits of other people and sampati sanchahi sujaan means the wealth that we have.

It's meaning is that trees don't eat the fruit that they bear nor do lakes drink the water they contain
in the same way rahim says that if we save our money through out our lives we will never be able to enjoy them
