रहीम जी कहते हैं जिस प्रकार क्वार महीने में (बारिश और शीत ऋतू के बिच) आकाश में घने बादल दीखते हैं पर बिना बारिश किये वो बस खाली गडगडाहट की आवाज़ करते हैं उस प्रकार जब कोई अमरी व्यक्ति कंगाल हो जाता है या गरीब हो जाता है तो उसके मुख से बस घमंडी बड़ी-बड़ी बातें ही सुने देती हैं जिनका कोई मूल्य नहीं होता।
