Answer :

There was a little man with a very wrinkled (small cuts and shapes in a person's face , sometimes due to old age )face . His face was so much wrinkled that it looked like a dish cloth ( a cloth used to clean dishes) that has been used and thrown into a hamper (or a basket) very untidily { literary device used - Simile } .

He kicked his legs means that he lifted both his legs one after another and stamped them in exasperation or anger .. The phrase " doubled his fists" means to bend ones fingers tightly into fists , as if to fight some one ..

"he grimaced and scowled " - means that he twisted his face into a ugly (grimaced) and a very angry expression (scowled) ..

"and pursed his lips " - means he wounded his lips tightly around each other that made a circular shape , due to anger and exasperation .
