I will become head of any highest post which is good but to achieve the good character is better than that post

For e. g., a first man become the officer of any highest post but have not any good character.And also, a second person become the officer of lowest post or unemployed but have good character like kind.

We will see that bad person is respected for only his/her highest post which is show off and good person is respected for his /her good character which is not show off ,although he is unemployed

so,
