Explanation: it simply means that as we grow older and older the body ages, the hair become longer, the face wrinkles, the hands become longer. Yet the inner self or the soul inside us does not age, it remains “unchanged”. It stays like how it was when we were born only it gets a lot of experience through the years and has a lot of thoughts and does a lot of stuff. But it doesn't change and the wise people who know this do not fear this external change ( the growing old).
