Under employment also known as disguised unemployment. In this type of unemployment, people working in a field work less than their potential that is they are appeared to be employed but aren't fully employed. If we will remove the extra workers ,production will not suffer. For eg., if on 10 hectare of land 5 workers are required to work but instead of 5 workers 10 workers are working then the extra 5 workers are said to be underemployed. mostly this is found in agriculture field
