veg:-The food came from nature like tree ,plant which came from greenery.
non veg:-The food which is came from the animal flesh are said to be non veg.
egg is non veg.
paneer is not considered as non veg because it haven't any flesh.
the egg eater will be considered as non vegetarian.
but not the paneer eater.
