What is the meaning of word Gram-Atom in chemistry

it means number of moles of atoms.
for example - 2 gram atoms of Na means 2 moles of Na atoms means 2×N atoms where N = Avogadro's number.
and there is another term 'Gram molecules' which means number of moles of molecules. for example-
2gram molecules of CO means 2 mol CO and also 2N molecules of CO
