fossils: (1) fossil means the remaining parts of bodies of animals or plants which are buried in ground for a long time.
(2) after a certain point of time these body parts starts to decompose and hence, they can be used as fossil fuels too.
(3) the reason behind burying of these animals may be severe earthquakes, tsunamis or other natural calamities.
