IT ACTUALLY MEANS THAT THE INTER KINETIC ENERGY OR INTER KINETIC VELOCITY OF THESE PARICLES IS GREATER THAN WATER MOLECULES SO THAT'S WHY THESE INTER ATTRACTIONS ARE NOT BROKEN AND COMPOUND IS TO BE CALLED AS INSOLUBLE SOLID〽〽
