hey friend,the message conveyed by brook is to never give up ,we should always face the problems as everyone have obstacles in life .Sometimes life is hard or smooth but we should not step back just move forward and face it..

the Brook expresses its feelings and says that the men may come and men may go but he will be flowing forever
