Robert Frost, in his poem "The Road Not Taken" differentiates between two roads and the decision he had to make between them. The two roads symbolizing different choices in life- he saw the difference between the two roads and said that it was clear from the looks of the road that one road was more travelled by and the other had an almost abandoned look, indicating that very few people had travelled by it, he said in the poem that he took the road less travelled by, the road with more risk, and chose the option which could not have been reversed, he said that later in life he was glad that he took the road less travelled by but still thought about what his life would have been if he had taken the other road. The tittle of the poem indicates two things; the first was the relief he had later on in life of taking the road not taken, and the second was the contemplation of what his life would have been if he had taken the other road, ie. the road not taken by him.

The final message that he wished to give was to take the road less travelled by, the road with risk, because although it might be a rough road, it would lead to a beautiful destination. The poem also says- indirectly- that, in the end, it our choice which road we chose, and it is that road whose consequences we must bear.

Answer:

Explanation:

THE POEM ROAD NOT TAKE SPEAKS ABOUT THE AUTHOR TAKING THE WAY THAT LOOKED UNTOUCHED

SO IT TRIES TO CONVEY THAT WE NEED TO BE THE ONE WHO DOES NOT BLINDLY FOLLOW THE SAME PATH THAT EVERYONE DOES BUT WE MUST TAKE OUR OWN PATHS AND TRY TO EXPLORE IT..

THIS IS WHAT THE POEM'S MESSAGE IS.

HOPE THIS HELPS
