The message of poem Ozymandias is that time can destroy anything. If time had destroyed king of king Ozymandias empire then it can destroy anything. This is the irony in the poem that if my empire can be ravished by time then u r nothing.

Through the poem ozymandias poet wants to convey that time is the most powerful . the king ozym. thought that he will be immortal by wining all the battles .
but time can ruin anything.
only good works of people are remembered.
