Hello friends !!!

Here is your Answer :

2x² - 11x + 15

=> 2x ( x - 3 ) - 5 ( x -3 )

» 2x² - 11x + 15

First multiply 15 with 2 .

then the result is 30 .

and now split the middle term in such a way that its sum or difference should be -11 and its product should be 30.

so Let's start .

→ 2x² - 6x - 5x + 15

» i have taken 6 and 5 by splitting middle term as if uh add 6 and 5 it will give -11 and its product will be 30

→ 2x (x - 3) - 5(x - 3)

→ (2x - 5)(x - 3)

Hence ,

» 2x - 5 = 0

» 2x = 5

» x = 5/2

and ,

» x - 3 = 0

» x = 3
