if it just want to reach the top of the circle √4gl is the minimum velocity to enter with. but to complete the circular motion or to form complete circular path then √5gl is the minimum velocity so by which at topmost point there will be no tension or normal but there will be √gl velocity which will allow body to continue its motion.
