Agaricus is a genus of mushrooms and belongs to kingdom fungi. It has saprophytic mode of nutrition as it feeds on dead and decayed organic matter. the mode of nutrition of agaricus is heterotropic that means they donot make their own food they depend on others for their food requirements.
