Nacl --- Na+ + Cl-

3MNacl will give 3M of Cl- ............(1)

BaCl2 --- Ba+ + Cl-2

4M BaCl2 will give 8M Cl-..............(2)

: MxV of Cl = 3M x 0.3L= 0.9mol

8M x 0.2L = 1.6 mol

[Cl] = total moles/ total volume

= 0.9+1.6/0.5 =5.0M

Hence molar concentration of chloride ion in the solution is 5.0M
