Number of moles of CH₃OH in 16 grams sample = given mass/molar mass

= 16/32 = 0.5

Volume of solution = 200cm³ = 200ml = 0.2 litres

Molarity = Moles/Volume(in litres) = 0.5/0.2 = 2.5 M

Hence the Molar concentration of the solution is 2.5M

Hope it helps!!
