molarity of solution would be 0.0911 M

given, mass of RuCl₃ = 18.9 g

molar mass of RuCl₃ = 207.43 g/mol

no of moles of RuCl₃ = mass/molar mass

= 18.9/207.43 = 0.0911

volume of solution = 1 L

now using formula, molarity = number of moles of solute/volume of solution in L

= 0.0911/1

= 0.0911 M
