Mass of NaOH = 1mg = 0.001

Moles of NaOH = Given mass/Molar mass = 0.001/40 = 0.25 x 10^-4 mol

Volume of solution = 250ml = 0.25L

Molarity = no. of moles of NaOH/Volume of solution in L = 0.25 x 10^-4 /0.25 = 10^-4 mol/L
