Moment of force = force × distance

= mg × d

= 20×9.8×25×10-²

= 49 Nm.

The value of moment of force is calculated by multiplying magnitude of force. and perpendicular distance.

Hence magnitude moments of force = force x moment of arm. It is denoted by M . Moment of force is a vector quantity.

In SI unit it is N.M  anddiamension is =Ml2T-2.20 kg    25cm=0.25 m.

Hence applying the formula the required moment is =20x0.25=5.00 mkg. Hence the Answer
