momentum, p = m×v
where m is in kg
and v is in m/s
m= 200 gm = 200/1000 = 0.2 kg
v = 5 m/s
so, momentum, p = mv = 0.2×5 = 1 kg m s⁻¹

Hey frnd..
Momentum is denoted as "p"
Momentum is the product of mass and velocity..
Now 200 g has to converted to kg..
so.. 200 ÷ 1000 = 0. 2 kg
p = m × v
p = 0. 2 × 5
=1. 0 kgm/s
Hope it helps u frnd..
